Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signed Between Premier University and Englishology (Cambridge)

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Premier University and Englishology, the Cambridge English Language Testing Centre, at the GEC campus of Premier University. Under this agreement, an English Language Test Venue will be established at Premier University.

Through this MoU, Premier University and Englishology have outlined a framework for collaboration. The partnership will primarily focus on integrating the Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) and optional Linguaskill examinations with the MA in TESOL program. The objective of this collaboration is to provide students with both academic knowledge and globally recognized professional teaching certifications.

Premier University will benefit from enhanced course offerings and academic exposure, while Englishology will gain a prestigious institutional partnership.

The signing ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the presence of Professor S. M. Nasrul Quadir, Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Premier University; Md. Iftekhar Moni, Registrar; Mr. Syed Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Department of English; Mr. Sadat Zaman Khan, Director of the Office of International Affairs; Mr. Mohammad Solaiman Chowdhury, Proctor; Associate Professors Mr. Gazi Shahadat Hossain, Ms. Shahnaz Parvin Shithi, and Ms. Kohinur Akter from the Department of English; and Ms. Faiza Chowdhury, Counsellor of the DSW and International Affairs Office.

Representing Englishology were Ms. Sabila Ashalata, Team Leader; Mr. Zahid Hasan, Marketing and Communication Manager; Mr. Abdullah Al Faisal, Business Development Specialist; and Mr. Mahtab Ahmed, Sales and Customer Management Specialist.
