Currently, I am pursuing a PhD on Revisiting Tagore Eco-critically and serving as the Head of the Department and Associate Professor in the Department of English.In addition to my academic role, I am the Head of SAC, Department of English Language & Literature, an Academic Council Member of Premier University, and an Advisor to the Board of Trustees at Cox’s Bazar International University.

Worked as an IELTS instructor in Speakers’ Council, a partner institution of British Council and an International Test Venue for IELTS Exams.
Conducted a month-long Language Communication Course for the engineers of SHELL Global, a multinational Oil and Gas Company in August 2006.
Conducted workshop on Teaching Language through Literature at Premier University in August 2018.
Attended an Online Workshop on Critical Thinking offered by the Department of State, USA February 2018.
Conducted sessions at IACER (Institute of Advanced Communication Education and Research) on Creative Thinking in Language Teaching in August 2016.
Conducted language workshop at OSCAR College, Kathmandu on Individual Topic Analysis, Writing Strategies in Argumentative Essay on 4th February 2020.
Conducted workshop at Presidency International School on Phonetics and Phonology, Teaching Pedagogy and Creative Thinking in 2015.
Conducted several workshops on Creative Writing at Undergraduate Level all the year round in 2019.
Conducted workshop in Research Writing at Post Graduate Level, Research Survey and Comparative Studies at Cox’s Bazar International University in August 2019.
Developed English Communication Program for employees of UNHCR
Attended workshop on Digital Humanities (a concept on solving research problems in humanities & social science with computational methods.) for two days, held in August 2019 at Premier University.
My present Research Projects include Teaching Elements of Literature, Creative Thinking in Language Teaching, Applications of Critical Thinking in English Language Teaching-Learning Pedagogy, offering need-based Language Courses and developing outcome-base curriculum for young learners.
